I am writing in regards to your request that was partially transferred from Manatū Hauora on
28 September 2023, asking for the following under the Of icial Information Act 1982 (the Act):
“If so what was(were) the date(s) any product of altered composition was imported into NZ,
and date(s) first used on consumers?
By composition category please supply batch numbers, the sites those batches were
distributed to for administration and on what dates.”

The monovalent grey cap 30 mcg vaccine was created in the Covid Immunisation Register (CIR)
on 28 February 2023. One vaccination event occurred on 28 February 2023. This was followed by
an influx of vaccination events on 1 March 2023. Please note, the vaccination event dates are
entered by the vaccinator, so there is always a possibility of human error with data entry.
By composition category please supply batch numbers, the sites those batches were distributed to
for administration and on what dates.”
