Thank you for your Official Information Act 1982 (OIA) request of 11 August 2023. You 
requested: 
 
I would like to request for a Document that may contain CCTV Images, Audio 
Transcripts or a draft of a rudimentary Chronology/timeline related to the 
Terror attack 
 
To be more specific, if it is possible - at least anything that have not been 
released to the public yet. 
 
The matter is yet to be heard before the Coroners Court, therefore your request is refused 
for the following reasons: 
- 
section 6(c), as the making available of the information would be likely to 
prejudice the maintenance of the law, including the prevention, investigation, and 
detection of offences, and the right to a fair trial; 
- 
section 9(2)(a) of the OIA, as the withholding of the information is necessary to 
protect the privacy of natural persons, including that of deceased natural persons; 
- 
Section 18(g)(i) - that the information requested is not held by the Department or 
Minister of the Crown or organisation and the person dealing with the request has 
no grounds for believing that the information is held by another Department or 
Minister of the Crown or organisation.
