I refer to your official information request received 14 August 2023 for correspondence between 
Ruapehu District Council and the Minister of Housing Megan Woods relating to Teitei Drive 
development. 
Unfortunately, we do not hold the information you requested, and we cannot think of any other 
agency that would hold it, or whose functions would be more closely connected to it. 
We have made every possible effort to locate the information specifically, including searching 
through email  archive accounts,  council's documents management systems and consulted with 
council staff if they have corresponded with Housing Minister Megan Woods in connection with Teitei 
Drive. 
I am therefore refusing your request under section 17(g) of the LGOIMA because the information is 
not held.  
You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of this decision.
