We write further to our email of 24 August 2023, acknowledging receipt of your OIA 
request  of  22  August  2023  seeking  the  following  information  (if  held  by  CIAL)  in 
relation to Tourism taxes or levies: 
Request: Received 22 August – Tourism taxes or levies  
“Please provide all correspondence including submissions relating to the topic of 
tourism taxes / levies with central government, members of parliament, industry 
bodies or local government between 1 Jan 2023 and 1 August 2023.”

We are unaware of any CIAL correspondence relating to the topic of tourism taxes or 
levies  with  central  government,  members  of  parliament,  industry  bodies  or  local 
government between 1 January 2023 and 1 August 2023.  We can also confirm that 
CIAL has not made any submissions regarding this topic during this timeframe either.
