under the Official Information Act 
. You requested:  
“…employment policies for your staff related to Covid  , and for any persons under any funding 
arrangements you have for work being carried out for The EECA, ie c  policies for its Personnel being all 
directors, employees, subcontractors, third party agents, external consultants, specialists, technical support 
and co-opted or seconded staff for EECA.”

Appendix One shows EECA’s vaccination policy for staff, contractors, and visitors. This policy was 
repealed effective   May 
.  
Appendix Two shows EECA’s vaccination and protocol policies for Warmer Kiwi Homes Programme 
Service Providers. The vaccination mandates outlined in these policies were repealed in all instances 
effective   July 
, and the final protocol requirements were repealed in all instances effective   
September 
.
