Please clarify the situation with regard to these entries.  For instance, the last entry 
in the list has an associated parcel in the nz-parcels dataset.  Are al  the other orders 
going to be shown in this dataset? 
 
The information to which your request relates is believed to be more closely connected 
with the functions of Te Arawhiti. Subpart 3 of part 4 of the Marine and Coastal Area 
(Takutai Moana) Act 2011 (MACCA) requires Land Information New Zealand to maintain a 
marine and coastal area register as a permanent record of documents relating to 
customary marine interests; but not GIS data. Therefore, we are required by section 14 of 
the Official Information Act to transfer your request to Te Arawhiti. 
Section 109(4)(a) MACAA requires customary marine title orders to include a survey plan.  
The nz-parcels dataset records parcels defined on survey plans.
