I refer to your information request dated 18 September 2023 made under the Official Information Act 
1982. You have requested the following information: 
 
“…the marks for all individual honours thesis for Law Honours for 2020, 2021 and 2022.  
 
I am requesting the specific number grade for the dissertation itself for each person who was 
enrolled in legal honours, not the overall honours mark.” 
 
Subject to the following comments, please see attached the mark and grade distributions for 
LAWS490 – Final Honours Research Paper from 2020 – 2022. 
 
•  we note that the mark and grade distributions provided for the LAWS490 paper are purely the 
honours dissertation marks. Nothing else is included in the calculation of the final grade for 
LAWS490. 
 
•  in the attached grade and mark distributions, we note that students who withdrew from the 
paper are excluded from the data.
