Salary Band Ranges for Roles
Our living wage rate for 2023 for salaried staff is $54,229 and for waged staff is $26.00 per hour.
Below are the remaining salaried ranges, noting that Living Wage is the start of the range for both
grade 9 and 10.
Please note that as our Chief Executive’s salary is already
publicly available it has not been included
in the list below.
