[FYI request #24272 email] Dear Mr. Murphy,
I refer to your official information request dated 29 September 2023 for information regarding
remaining two residential lots.
We sincerely apologise for the time it has taken to respond to your email dated 1 November 2023
noting your nonacceptance of our initial reply.
Here our revised response:
1./ Please advise what the remaining 2 residential lots are being used for
No decision had been made on what the possible remaining 2 residential lots were going to be
used for. As the number of lots were subject to further change as part of the resource consent
process. Any decisions would be considered on the outcome of an approved resource consent.
2./ Who will own the remaining 2 titles, or who will they be transferred to
Should 2 remaining residential lots have ever eventuated they would remain the property of RDC.
3./ Please provide any documentation relating to the remaining 2 residential lots, such as
agreements, contract for them, discussions around who will get them or who they would/could be
allocated to. For the avoidance of doubt, this is any emails, txts, discussions, social media
messages, phone calls, etc.
I am refusing this request under section 17(e) That the document alleged to contain the information
requested does not exist. There is no documentation for us to supply.
You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of this decision.
