Request for Information 
Thank you for your Official Information Act 1982 (OIA) request of 30 September 2023 in which you 
sought information relating to ram raids in the Huntly area.  
You asked:

Are Police investigating any cases of a vehicle striking a house (ram raid) in the Huntly area
that occurred between 31st of August 2023 and 30 September 2023?

If yes, please state the date(s) of the incident.
I have completed the relevant checks in the Police National Intel igence Application (NIA) and have 
not been able to locate any offences involving vehicles striking houses or commercial properties in a 
ram raid style burglary. Therefore, your request is refused pursuant to s18e of the OIA, in that the 
document al eged to contain the information requested does not exist or, despite reasonable efforts to 
locate it, cannot be found. 
Should you have further information on a specific incident and have a Police file and/or event number 
please submit a new OIA request with this information.
