Thank  you  for  your  correspondence  of  11  October  2023  to  the  Ministry  of  Business,  Innovation  and

I am writing to kindly request copies of the most recent assessment templates and training materials for 
Immigration Officers to follow when assessing the current Onshore and Offshore Student Visa applications 
 
I am writing to advise you that MBIE has decided to extend the period of time available to answer your 
request under section 15A(1)(a) of the Act, as your request is for a large quantity of information and a 
proper response cannot reasonably be made within the original time limit. 
We will now respond to your request on or before 23 November 2023, which is an extension of 10
