LETTER  OF  APOLOGY  –  LGOIMA  DELAY  MAYOR  and  CEO  COUNCIL  CREDIT  CARD 
STATEMENTS and MAYOR and CEO EXPENSE CLAIMS 
 
 
Council extends its apologies for its delay in providing a decision on requests dated 17 October and 
19 October 2023, the reason for the delay in responding within the statutory timeframe was due to 
human error. 
  
Council continues to review processes to improve on service delivery with a focus on working within 
legislative obligations.  Council is committed to ongoing training and support across the organisation
