I would like to receive knowledge about a ferry boat that was recently bought by AT. The ferry is

As part of the sale arrangements for D5, it was agreed to be subject to a lease back to Ful ers for 6
years, i.e to 2028. After that time, control of the vessel wil revert to AT and it could be made
available to other operators (as required at that time).
Should you believe that we have not responded appropriately to your request, you are able to make
a complaint to the Office of the Ombudsman in accordance with section 27(3) of the LGOIMA and
seek an investigation and review in regard to this matter.
