Do you have a record of how many current ministerial advisory committees mentioned within
your website that are in New Zealand and if possible, can you please provide the name of al
the current ministerial advisory committee as well.”
On 8 November 2023, we clarified with you that your request was for:
“A list of al the current Ministerial Advisory Committees, not just those listed on the
Commission’s website.”
We have transferred your request to the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC) as
the information requested is not held by us but is believed to be held by DPMC. In these
circumstances, we are required by section 14 of the Official Information Act 1982 to transfer your
request.
