I  refer to your  official  information  request  dated  7 November  2023  referring  to the  Council  Public 
Agenda (20230927) and Attachments. 
Previously we wrote to notify you of an extension of the time to make our decision in relation to 
question 21j The [5 August 2020 Attachment to the Report] report item 4.15 refers to a support in 
writing by Ngāti Hāua Iwi Trust, please provide a copy of this.
Ngāti Hāua Iwi Trust has been consulted, however, due to the tangi taking place, the trust has not 
been  in  a  position  to  respond.  I  therefore  advise  of  an  extension  to  the  deadline  to  respond  to 
Friday 2 February 2024. 
You  have  the  right  to  seek  an  investigation  and  review  by  the  Ombudsman  of  this 
decision.
