I refer to your official information request dated 7 November 2023 referring to the Council Public 
Agenda (20230927) and Attachments. 
Previously we wrote to notify you of an extension of the time to make our decision in relation to 
question 21j The [5 August 2020 Attachment to the Report] report item 4.15 refers to a support in 
writing by Ngāti Hāua Iwi Trust, please provide a copy of this.
Ngāti Hāua Iwi Trust has been consulted on this matter and considers its letter to be out of scope 
of this LGOIMA request as it is unrelated to the Teitei Drive development. The Trust objects to the 
release  of  the  Letter  of  Support  in  accordance  with  sections  7(2)(b),  7(2)(c),  7(2)(i),  7(2)(j),  and 
17(h)  of  the  Local  Government  Official  Information  and  Meetings  Act  1987.  After  carefully 
considering the Trust's views, we have decided to withhold the information at issue.
You  have  the  right  to  seek  an  investigation  and  review  by  the  Ombudsman  of 
this decision.
