Thank you for your emails of 22 and 28 November 2023 to Kāinga Ora – Homes and 
Communities, requesting the following information under the Official Information Act 1982: 
 
Request of 22 November 2023: 
 
 
1) Please advise if Kainga Ora has purchased any land/properties/houses in 
Ohakune since the 9th October 2023 correspondence; or any properties in the 
past 12 months other than the Teitei S&P. 
 
2) Please advised if Kainga Ora has any agreements with Eves Construction or 
Rowan Eves or another entity or person to build houses in Ohakune, excluding 
Teitei Drive. 
 
 
 
Request of 28 November 2023: 
 
 
I am requesting information relating to Foyle Street Ohakune. 
Does Kainga Ora have any agreements for funding or partnerships with Ngāti 
Rangi (or related entities) such as Te Kūmete O Paerangi Limited in the past 12 
months, if so please provide copies of the agreements for funding and supporting 
documents such as funding applications and internal funding approval sign offs. 
 
Kāinga Ora has not purchased, or entered into any agreements to purchase, any property 
in Ohakune in the past 12 months other than at Teitei Drive, and does not have any 
agreements in place to build houses in other parts of Ohakune.
