Tēnā koe John
Thank you for your request to the Department of Conservation, received on 23 November
2023, in which you asked for the following information:
I would like to request full meeting minutes for Aotea Conservation Park Advisory
Committee from 1st Jan 2023 to now. I noticed they have not actively update and
upload their meeting agenda and minutes online.
https://ftp.doc.govt.nz/public/folder/oOkRQMxqEUKNepX4kTZWbg/aotea-
conservation-park-advisory-committee
To ensure public transparency, I hope by making this request would ensure they are
actively upload and update their documents online for all New Zealander to view.
FYI- they also had a "meeting-agendas" that had mixture of agenda that did not go to
the right folder. It would be better if they can tidy it up.
We have considered your request under the Official Information Act 1982.
