Your Official Information Act request, reference: GOV-029162
Thank you for your request of 24 November 2023, asking for the fol owing information under the Official
Information Act 1982 (the Act):
full Delegations Manual(s) which were in effect from 2018 to present. If the Delegations Manual has
changed over time, please specify the range of dates in which each of the Delegations Manual(s)
were in effect. For each delegation that requires guidance (such as E.7 Revoke Cover for Cover
Assessors), please provide the details as to what guidance is required and from what delegated
authority the guidance must be sought. For those that have a tick with that inclusion of "Guidance
(if required)", such as for Cover Assessors and Specialist Cover Assessors under E.5 Treatment Injury,
please specify when the guidance is required, and from which delegated authority the guidance
must be sought.

We have decided to grant your request for previous delegations, guidance, and authority sought
However, given the amount of resource required to provide the information, our decision is subject to a
charge for making the information available. We estimate the maximum charge wil be $13,392. Please
note that this has been calculated as a contribution to the overal costs, rather than for ful -cost recovery. If
the time taken is less than we estimate, the costs wil be reduced accordingly, and refunded if required.
Before we proceed with this information, please confirm agreement to the charge. Once agreement is
received, we wil provide instructions on how to pay the ful amount. You wil need to pay a 50% deposit,
equating to $6,696, prior to ACC beginning work, with the balance to be paid on release of the information.
The decision to apply a charge for this request is consistent with Section 15 of the Act and:
