Thank you for your email of 25 January 2024, asking for an itemised invoice outlining the estimated cost to 
provide the information you requested on 24 November 2023 (our ref: GOV-029162) under the Official 
Information Act 1982 (the Act).  
 
Details of how the charge has been calculated  
We would not generate an invoice until a person has agreed to the proposed charge. However, the 
following specifies how we estimated the cost to provide guidance documents referred to in the 
Delegations Framework:

There are 748 instances where guidance is mentioned in 
 
the current Delegations Framework. 
For each of those instances, we would need to identify 
relevant guidance documents for the role/situation.
