Thank you for your email on  28 November 2023  requesting the following information under the 
Of icial Information Act 1982 (the Act): 
I am requesting information on information relating to Foyle Street Ohakune. 
Do  MHUD  have  any  agreements  for  funding  or partnerships  with  Ngāti Rangi  (or  related 
entities) such as Te Kūmete O Paerangi Limited in the past 12 months, if so please provide 
copies of the agreements for funding and supporting documents such as funding applications 
and internal funding approval sign offs. 
We do  not  have  any  agreements  with  Ngāti  Rangi  (or  related  entities)  relating to Foyle Street, 
Ohakune. Your request is refused under section 18(g)(i) of the Act, as the information is not held 
and there are no reasonable grounds to believe it is held by another Minister or agency. 
You have the right to seek an investigation and review of my response by the Ombudsman, in 
accordance with section 28(3) of the Act. The relevant details can be found on the Ombudsman’s 
website at: www.ombudsman.parliament.nz.
