Thank you for your official information request received on 6 December 2023 to “supply 
the title of al  your internal policies for the Cadastral Surveyors Licensing Board”, noting 
that you seek to know only the names of these policies.  
The Cadastral Surveyor Licensing Board (the Board) is independent from Toitū Te Whenua 
Land Information New Zealand (LINZ). Consequently, the information you requested of 
the Board’s internal policies is not held by LINZ. As we have no reason to believe this 
information is held by another agency, we are refusing your request under section 18(g) 
of the Official Information Act 1982.
