Information Act 1982 (the Act): 
 
Please provide me with a copy of all "71 mail flow rules for email redirection purposes." 
 
A ‘mail flow rule’ is an Outlook setting that redirects emails from one address to another 
The mail flow rules have been withheld under section 9(2)(a) of the Act, as they consist of personal 
information. In making this decision, we have considered the public interest in making the information 
available and have determined that it does not outweigh the need to protect the privacy of these 
individuals.
