I would like to understand why Mr Fogarty is a “Recovery Partner”, however he is not allocated any 
claims to manage, so he is not a partner with any clients. So what is Mr Fogarty’s role within this 
business unit? 
 
Your statement that Mr Fogarty 'is not allocated any claims to manage' is incorrect. Mr Fogarty undertakes 
the role of Recovery Partner as described in the attached position description which explains the 
requirements of the role.
