Thank you for your email on 9 January 2024, asking for the following under the Of icial Information
Act 1982 (the Act):
“I request a list of currently funded Mental health and addiction lived experience projects or
initiatives or groups”
We contacted you on 31 January 2024 asking you to refine your request as your request is very
broad, we advised if it was not refined, we may need to decline your request. We did not receive a
reply to this request for refinement.
As such, I refuse your request under section 18(f) of the Act. Your request for all information is very
broad, and substantial manual collation would be required to locate and prepare all documents within
scope of your request.
I have considered whether fixing a charge for the supply of the information or extending the
timeframe for response would enable Te Whatu Ora to respond. I do not consider that either option
would remove the impact that supplying the information would have on our other operations.
