OFFICIAL INFORMATION REQUEST
I refer to your official information request dated 17 January 2024 for Council cost incurred for the
blessings on the Teitei Drive development.
Ruapehu District Council has not made any contributions or processed any Koha forms for the
blessing on the Teitei Drive development. We have decided to refuse the request under
section
17(e) of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act that the document alleged
to contain the information requested does not exist.
We apologize for the failure in our obligation to transfer your request to Kainga Ora within the scope
of ten days as per
section 12 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act.
