Thank you for your request to the Department of Conservation, received on 22 January
2024, in which you asked for:
‘Can you please supply the agenda and minutes from the monthly DOC & Treasury
finance team updates from October 2022 to present day, including attachments and
briefings for these meetings.’
We have considered your request under the Of icial Information Act 1982.
Please find copies of agendas from the monthly Department of Conservation & Treasury
finance team meetings held between October 2022 and January 2024 attached.
The aspect of your request which seeks attachments or briefings to supply alongside these
agenda meetings, is refused in full via section 18(e) of the Of icial Information Act as the
requested documents do not exist. We can also confirm that minutes were not recorded.
