The current Vocational Medical Services Guidelines
ACC’s Vocational Medical Services (VMS) Operational Guidelines are publicly available, here:
www.acc.co.nz/assets/contracts/vms-og.pdf These are the Operational Guidelines that our current Vocational Medical Services suppliers use for the
current contract. ACC is updating these guidelines to align with the new Vocational Medical Services
contract, due to commence in July 2024.
We are refusing your request for the ACC Vocational Medical Services Guidelines 2004, as either the
information does not exist or, despite reasonable efforts to locate it, cannot be found. This decision has
been made under section 18(e) of the Act.
As this information may be of interest to other members of the public
ACC may decide to proactively release a copy of this response on ACC’s website. All requester data,
