we have developed the attached guidelines for that for each scenario" I think some lines
above it is referring to the issues like BC Unavailable, no name and no parent's name Could
you share the guidelines related to these questions for the BC on Page 99. I am not sure if
they are included in the same document 2. Could you tel for parent category how many
applications were submitted in December 2023, how many applications were declined from
those submitted in Dec 2023 how many applications were accepted for processing from
those submitted in Dec 2023 how many applications are with case officer from those
submitted in Dec 2023 how many applications are in a queue ( no case officer) from those
submitted in Dec 2023 What is the estimated time frame of all applications from Dec 2023 to
have case officers and moved out of the queue I understand that you may be publishing this
info on website in March as was done in February but I am not sure if the website wil have
the exact information that I have requested.
I am writing to advise you that MBIE has decided to extend the period of time available to answer your
request under section 15A(1)(a) of the Act, as consultations necessary to make a decision on your
request are such that a proper response to the request cannot reasonably be made within the original
time limit.
We will now convey a decision on your request on or before 28 March 2024, which is an extension of
five working days.
