Please provide all copies of all assessments, reports, cabinet papers, emails,
phone and meeting records and all other documentation since October 7 2023
relating to the very recent decision to extend the 'terrorist' designation to the
social services part of the Palestinian organisation commonly known as Hamas.
We have transferred your request to the Office of the Prime Minister. The information
to which your request relates is believed to be more closely connected with the
functions of Office of the Prime Minister (section 14(b)(i ) of the OIA refers). In these
circumstances, we are required by section 14 of the Official Information Act to transfer
your request.
