I refer to your official information request dated 29 February 2024 for costs related to Teitei Drive.  
Council has reviewed its earlier decision to withhold information under section 7(2)(i) to enable any 
local authority holding the information to carry on, without prejudice or disadvantage, negotiations 
(including commercial and industrial negotiations). 
 
The information requested is enclosed. 
 
1.  How much money has RDC spent in total on the Teitei Drive social housing scheme in 
Ohakune, (including all staff time allocated to the project)?
