all details related to these two reports of a te Tiriti related breach including what the content of
the reports were, what steps the Council has taken so far including details of those steps, and
any internal emails, memos, watsapp, sms, etc messages about those two reports.

necessary to protect the maintenance of the law, including the prevention, investigation, and detection
of offences, and the right to a fair trial.
