all details related to these two reports of a te Tiriti related breach including what the content of 
the reports were, what steps the Council has taken so far including details of those steps, and 
any internal emails, memos, watsapp, sms, etc messages about those two reports. 

 
We have considered your request under the Official Information Act 1982 (OIA) and can advise as 
follows.  
 
Your request has been declined under section 6(c) of the OIA where withholding the information is 
necessary to protect the maintenance of the law, including the prevention, investigation, and detection 
of offences, and the right to a fair trial.   
 
All Council disciplinary processes are private and confidential to the parties directly involved.  You are
