Please provide minutes for your meeting with Katie Nimon on 25/03/24 regarding the 
safety improvements of the Hawke's Bay Expressway. 
 
At the time of your request, no such meeting had occurred. I am therefore refusing your request under 
section 18(e) of the Act because the document alleged to contain the information requested does not 
exist. 
 
However, you are welcome to contact NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA) in the future to 
request information which may exist. 
 
Under section 28 of the Act, you have the right to ask the Ombudsman to review my decision to refuse
