We refer to your request of 14 March 2024 for submissions made for papers and 
recordings of the Council briefing of 13 March 2024. 
This information is on the council’s website at:

This part of your request is therefore refused under section 17(d) of the Act, as 
the information requested is publicly available. 
One briefing has been withheld under section 7(2)(i) of the Act, as the 
withholding of the information is necessary to enable any local authority holding 
the information to carry on, without prejudice or disadvantage, negotiations. 
We are required under section 7(1) of the Act to consider any public interest in 
releasing the Information we have decided to withhold. In this case, we do not 
believe there are any public interest issues.
