The time period for this request is 01 October 2023 to 15 March 2024.
I am writing to advise you that MBIE has decided to extend the period of time available to answer your
request under section 15A(1)(a) of the Act, as the request necessitates a search through a large
quantity of information and further consultation is required to make a decision on your request. As
such, a proper response cannot reasonably be made within the original time limit.
We will now convey a decision on your request on or before 24 May 2024.
