I refer to your email dated 19 March 2024 requesting any correspondence from CCC 
or the Te Kaha team to aid in funding Te Kaha - Canterbury's Multi-Use Arena. Your 
request has been referred to me to reply. 
Please find some of the requested information attached. With regard to some of 
your request the information is withheld under s7(2)(a) to protect the privacy of 
natural persons, and some is withheld as it is publicly available, under s17(d) of the
