Thank you for your email of 6 April 2024 to the Ministry of Justice (the Ministry), seeking
under the Of icial Information Act (the Act), information concerning the Ministry’s financial
position.

Have you set aside an allowance in this financial year for redundancies or other costs
of restructuring?
If so, how much is that allowance?
If not, do you anticipate any costs for these in this financial year?
