Act 1982 (the Act): 
 
“What  appointments,  if  any,  have  you  made  since  27  November  2023  to  crown  entities, 
boards, working groups, taskforces, inquiries, or any other role, if any, broken down by the 
date of each appointment made, the tenure start and end dates of each appointment made, 
and the remuneration paid to date to each individual appointment, and which other Ministers, 
if any, were consulted on each appointment?” 
 
The table below provides specific answers to your request. In respect to the date of each 
appointment made, I have noted the date on which the appointment letter was sent to the 
successful candidate. 
 
Cabinet Office Circular (24) 2: National, ACT and New Zealand First Coalition Government:  
Consultation and Operating Arrangements, outlines the expectations for consultation on 
appointment. My coalition and caucus colleagues were consulted on both appointment 
decisions as per paragraph 29 of that circular.
