I request the historical review codes from 1982 to 2019. If there have been no changes to the review
codes since 1982, please clearly say so. Please explicitly state the years in which the review codes
changed over the time period of 1982-2019 and provide those documents. If some of these have
been archived with Archive NZ, please specify which documents are held with Archive NZ.

We are refusing your request as it would require substantial research and collation. This decision is made
under section 18(f) of the Act. In making this decision, we have considered extending the timeframe to
respond, or charging (as allowed under the Act). However, either of these options would have a significant
