Thank you for your email of 24 May 2024 to Wel ington City Council, requesting the fol owing 
information: 
 
RE Ordinary Meeting of Kōrau Tōtōpū | Long-term Plan, Finance, and Performance Committee 
Rārangi Take | Agenda/ " . . .  time limits are often exceeded, and non compliance is relatively high. 
For these reasons officers recommend that the fee be introduced." 
 
Can you provide al  motorcycle parking locations where the above applies? 
 
Your request has been considered under the Local Government Of icial Information and Meetings Act 
1987 (LGOIMA) and has been partially approved. Wellington City Council has partly granted your 
request for information. Where redactions are necessary or information withheld, a reason and 
appropriate grounds under the Act wil  be provided. 
 
However, it wil  take us a little more time to prepare the information for release, I hope to provide you 
with a response by 300 July 2024 if not sooner.  
 
You have the right, by way of complaint under section 28(1) of the LGOIMA, to request an 
investigation and review of the Council’s decision to withhold information by the Ombudsman.
