Your Official Information Act request, reference: GOV-032630
Thank you for your email of 27 May 2024, asking for the fol owing information under the Official
Information Act 1982 (the Act):
I respectfully request a complete list of ACC Medical Case Review Providers, who worked for
or were contracted to ACC to provide Medical Case Reviews from 1 January 2016 to
present.
For each person, please specify:
(1) Whether they were an ACC employee or contracted to ACC as an external medical case
review provider; and
(2) The dates that they were or employed by ACC or contracted to ACC as an external
medical case review provider; and
(3 ) Specify their scope of practice.
Our response
We are withholding this information under section 9(2)(a) of the Act to protect the privacy of these
individuals. We have considered the public interest in the requested information and have determined it
does not outweigh the need to protect the privacy of these individuals.
