Request for information
Thank you for your Official Information Act 1982 (OIA) request, received on 27 May 2024.
You requested:
1. Please outline the nature the nature of the work/engagement Chloe
Swarbrick is doing with Police on a daily basis.
2. Please provide the name and rank of the officer/officers Swarbrick is
in contact with or contacting on a daily basis over the last 7 months
and number of contacts for each officer.
3. Please provide the name and rank of the officer/officers Swarbrick's
electorate office is in contact with or contacting on a daily basis over
the last 7 months and number of contacts for each officer.
4. Please provide the dates if any, Police officers haves attended a
meeting/incident or visited the following addresses in the last 7
months,1 Cross Street, 76 Karangahape Road,312 Karangahape
Road (all in Auckland's CBD)
The OIA requires that we advise you of our decision on your request no later than 20
working days after the day we received your request. Unfortunately, it will not be possible
to meet that time limit and we are therefore writing to notify you of an extension of the
time to make our decision, to 12 July 2024.
This extension is necessary because consultations necessary to make a decision on your
request are such that a proper response cannot reasonably be made within the original
time limit.
You have the right to ask the Ombudsman to review my decision if you are not satisfied
with the response to your request. Information about how to make a complaint is available
