Services 
•  Since 6 November, the 0800-service received 258 calls and 24 emails. The Customer Service Team 
responded to 165 tickets for the by-election. 
•  The top enquiry was about Updating details, followed by Where to Vote and How to Vote. The main 
reason for triggering the contact with us was by Receiving a letter from the EC (30%), our website (26%) 
and Word of mouth (25%).
