I am a year 11 history student on the disappearance of Ben Smart and Olivia 
Hope and wanted to request the possibility of getting access any documents I 
could use for my project. 
The case relating to the disappearance of Ben Smart and Olivia Hope is currently 
proceeding through the Court of Appeal. Your request is therefore refused in full under 
section 6(c) of the OIA, as the making available of the information would be likely to 
prejudice the right to a fair trial.
