I refer to your information request dated 3 September 2024 made under the Official Information Act 1982 
(the Act). You have requested the following information:  
 
I am writing to make a new OIA request for a spreadsheet/doc. with the grades (once they are 
confirmed) (the specific grade percentage, not merely the grade letter) for HUMS301 at Otago Uni for 
Semester 1 2024. 
 
We note that the grade and mark distributions for the Semester 1, 2024 HUMS301 paper have not been 
finalised as yet as the final grades for some students have not been confirmed.  On this basis we decline your 
request pursuant to section 18(g) of the Act, as the information requested is not held by the University as at 
today’s date. 
 
Unfortunately we do not have an estimated timeframe for when this information will be confirmed, but we 
would be happy to consider a new request from you at a later date if you still wish to receive this information.
