following information under the Official Information Act 1982 (OIA): 
 
•  Please could you provide me with a breakdown of what Fire and Emergency pay 
annually/monthly for the use/rent/lease of Fire and Emergency NZ Buildings in the 
Canterbury area. This is to include, Region Offices, District Offices, Communications Centres 
& Co-Ordination Centres. 
 
Please find attached, as an Appendix to this response, a copy of the requested information. Please 
note the total annual amount is a mix of peppercorn leases and others leases with more 
substantial overheads.
