Official information request regarding request for EEEN220 (Signals,
Systems) Final Test Papers from 2019 to 2023.

I refer to your request for information under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act)
dated 15 September 2024:

“I am writing to request information under the Official Information Act 1982.
Please provide the final test papers for the course EEEN220 (Signals, Systems)
for the years 2019 to 2023”

The information you have requested is made available in the attached supporting
documents. Please note that EEEN220 was introduced in 2021. Final tests papers are
available only from the year 2021. Therefore, your request for EEEN220 test papers is
refused for the years 2019 to 2020 in accordance with s18(e) of the Act as the document
alleged to contain the information requested does not exist.

You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of the
decisions made regarding this request. Information about how to make a complaint is
