the following under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act):  
I am wanting a full list of all the ingredients that where in the pfizer covid vaccine back in 
2021  
and if there has been a change in the ingredients since then eg dose strength or 
combination of ingredients. 
Response 
Details on the active ingredients in Pfizer Comirnaty COVID-19 vaccines can be found in the data 
sheets on the Medsafe website. To find a data sheet, enter the active ingredient or vaccine name 
in the "Medicine" field and click on "Search" at www.medsafe.govt.nz/Medicines/infoSearch.asp.  
As this information is publicly available, we are refusing to provide a copy of it under section 18(d) 
of the Act.
