Thank you for your Official Information Act 1982 (OIA) request of 19 September

, to the Ministry of Disabled People - Whaikaha (the Ministry), requesting the
following information. Your request has now been transferred to the Disability
Support Services Unit within the Ministry of Social Development (MSD).
The per-person funding rates for citizens eligible for community or
residential supported living that are classified as:
1. High, or Very High Ongoing Resource Scheme (Ministry of Education
term) users
2. Any other form of disability funded support in a residential,
supported, or community setting
DSS do not hold the information you are seeking for question one. Clarification on the
second question was sought from you on 24 September 2024, however we did not
receive a response.
Accordingly, your request is refused under section 18(e) that
the document alleged to
contain the information requested does not exist.
