Accordingly, I have refused your request for the documents listed in the above table under
section 18(d) of the Act – the information requested is or will soon be publicly available.
I have assessed the extent of work to collate the remaining information you have requested. I
have determined the manual work required to collate the information would impair efficient
administration as the information requested is not held in an easily retrievable format.
Accordingly, I am refusing your request under section 18(f) of the Act - the information
requested cannot be made available without substantial collation or research. Before I
reached this decision, I considered the factors covered in sections 18A(1) and 18B of the
Act, and charging you for the information or consulting further with you would not allow the
request to be answered.
You have the right to ask the Ombudsman to investigate and review my decision under
section 28(3) of the Act.
